Authors

Dr. Danilo B. Solayao, LPT, ED.D. is a distinguished educator and academic leader with a breadth of academic credentials, holding a doctorate in Educational Management along with multiple master’s degrees and a bachelor’s in education. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor program. As the Vice President for Academic Affairs at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, he demonstrates exceptional leadership in shaping academic policies and advancing higher education. He also plays a key role in various professional organizations, serving as Chairperson of PAFTE–NCR and having previously held the positions of Vice President for Luzon at PCDEB, Vice President for Academic Affairs for Student Life, and Dean of the College of Teacher Education.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Solayao is deeply supported by his wife, Dr. Carmen Dina-Solayao, a DepEd Supervisor, and is inspired by their two accomplished sons: Dan Paolo, a Medical Doctor, and Dan Patrick, a Software Engineer.

Dr. Diony V. Varela is a seasoned educator, scholar, and public servant. A former Full Professor of Social Sciences at the Philippine Normal University (PNU), he has taught graduate-level courses in Social Science, Public Administration, Educational Management, and Research at institutions such as TUP, JRU, PLM, and currently serves as Graduate Extension Site Coordinator and Adjunct Faculty at Philippine Christian University (PCU). He has also held teaching posts at St. Joseph’s College (Quezon City), Far Eastern University, and Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Manila).
He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) and has held key government positions, including Chief of the Research and Evaluation Unit at the Philippine Ports Authority and Acting Chief of the Research and Statistics Division of the Dangerous Drugs Board.
Dr. Varela is the author of Parliamentary Procedure Made Easy and Running Meetings Efficiently for Best Results, and has presented scholarly papers in both national and international conferences.

Dr. Jeremiah V. Pacer is the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Rizal Technological University (RTU-CAS). An experienced Associate Professor, he has a strong background in higher education management and instruction. His expertise spans Social Science Research, Strategic Planning, Public Administration, and foreign languages, including Spanish and Mandarin.

Her dedication to teaching has earned her prestigious awards, including FEU’s Teaching Excellence Award and Proficiency Awardee in Student Teaching.

Atty. Cecilio Dioneda Duka, LPT, Ed.D. is an accomplished lawyer, educator, and prolific author. He has written 12 books and co-authored three, focusing on labor law, constitutional law, education, history, and philosophy. Atty. Duka holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College of Law and a Doctor of Education and Master of Arts in Education from the National Teachers College, where he graduated magna cum laude in Social Sciences.
