Dr. Bartolome T. Tanguilig III is a distinguished academic leader and expert in Information Technology education in the Philippines. As Vice President for Academic Affairs at Lyceum of Alabang, he leads initiatives in academic quality assurance, research advancement, and institutional accreditation. He previously served as Executive Vice President of they University of Cabuyao, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Laguna University, and Dean of Graduate Programs at the Technological Institute of the Philippines-Quezon City,

Leonardo D. Alfaro is a dedicated educator with strong expertise in English instruction and research. A Cum Laude graduate of Cavite State University-Carmona with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education major in English at Laguna State Polytechnic University. He serves as a Senior High School teacher, Head of the Research Cluster, and Deputy Director of the Center for Research, Innovation, and Development at Lyceum of Alabang Inc., where he oversees Grade 12 students and curriculum development.

Neil Celestino M. Ochoa is a passionate educator, scholar, and research leader whose work bridges education, language, policy, and social transformation A Licensed Professional Teacher and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he graduated Cum Laude from Cavite State University-Carmona Campus with a BSEd major in English and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Education at Laguna State Polytechnic University. He is the Director of the Center for Research, Innovation, and Development (CRID) at Lyceum of Alabang, leading initiatives in research production, innovation, publication, and institutional collaboration. Previously, he served as Head of the Research Cluster and Research Consultant mentoring both faculty and students in research excellence.

The NSTP2 Workbook: Guide to Community Immersion is designed to assist instructors, students, and community partners in the organized and effective implementation of National Service Training Program (NSTP). It provides instructional content, field-based activities, reflection tasks, and evaluation tools that are aligned with the fundamentals goals of NSTP Act of 2001. Christine C. Ruedas, LPT, MM-IHSM is a long-serving full-time faculty member of Velez College with over 25 years of leadership in Community Extension and the National Service Training Program. A licensed physical therapist and professional teacher, she specialized in disability advocacy, inclusive disaster response, and community-based rehabilitation through centers across Cebu Province. A World Health Organization trainer she holds advanced degrees in health services management and physical therapy and is a multi-awarded leader in rehabilitation and community volunteerism

Felixberto T. Lucabon, Jr., LPT, MA, FRIEdr. is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Singapore in Education and serves as Assistant Campus Director, Dean of Instruction, NSTP Director, and Crisis Management Committee Focal Person at Cebu Technological University-Daanbantayan Campus. He hold a BA in Political Science and professional education credentials from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and an MA in Political Science from Manuel L. Quezon University, with doctoral coursework completed. A member of the Philippine Political Science Association, he worked with Plan International, facilitated ALS, and advanced peace advocacy.

Alberto A. Jumao-as Jr. Ed. D is a distinguished Filipino educator with extensive teaching and leadership experience in the Philippines and in American and British schools abroad. He is recognized local and international resource speaker on classroom management, teaching strategies, student assessment, and special education. He currently serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research and formerly as Dean of the College Teacher Education at Colegio de San Antonio de Padua-De La Salle Supervised School. He earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude, two master’s degrees, and a doctorate in educational management.

Erick T. Baloran, Ph.D. is the College Dean of the University of Mindanao-Bansalan College and a University Senior Researcher. He earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education in English, cum laude, completed a Master in ARts in Education in Language TEaching, and finished a PhD in Education in Applied Linguistics, and is pursuing a Juris Doctor. His work focuses on Indigenous Peoples’ culture and language, particularly the Bagobo-Tagabawa, language revitalization, community-based juvenile reformation, mental health, and education. He is a research journal Editor-in-Chief, Scopus-published author, AD-ranked scholar, and trainer.
